Storage Heaters

Most homes in the UK are heated with gas central heating. Although a lot of modern apartments and older homes without a gas main supply or central heating system installed rely on different forms of electrical heating. If you do have electrical heating in your home then the most efficent heaters are Storage Heaters. They have remained popular since they were invented in the 1950's due their cost savings. Storage heaters take advantage of a cheaper electricity tariff in UK known as economy 7 which operates between hours 12.30am  and 7.30am. Economy 7 can save you anywhere up to £260 on your electricity bills or 40%.
