Delivery
Upon receipt of your order, Direct-Fireplaces.com will send you an order confirmation by email (or post where email is unavailable).
Delivery times do vary from item to item but here's a rough estimate:
Gas Fires: 3 - 5 working days
Electric Fires: 3 - 5 working days
Fireplace Surrounds: 5 - 10 working days
Fireplace Packages: 5 - 10 working days
(Some fires and fireplace surrounds can be up to 15 working days)
These are just estimates and do vary but in general we do manage to keep within these delivery times. However, please call us to either check stock or if you need your fire or fireplace in a hurry as we can often push orders through quicker.
At direct-Fireplaces.com, we offer free delivery on all our fires and fireplaces. If you live in Isle of Mann, Isle of White or other offshore islands please call to confirm we can deliver to your address and if there's any extra delivery charge. We work in partnership with a national two man delivery company to ensure that your goods are delivered in pristine condition, as promptly as we possibly can.
