Online - Placing an online order could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, click on any items that you wish to view in additional detail and select the option 'add to cart.'
This will place the item in your ‘shopping cart’.
Once you have finished your selection, click on ‘checkout’ and you will be taken to our Customer Login page. If you are a New Customer simply enter your details in the New Customer section as shown below:
You will then be asked to enter your delivery and billing address information.
Once you have entered your delivery information. You will then be asked to check your order information before you proceeed to payment.
If you are happy the details are all correct then select the option 'Click to place your order'.
By Phone - If you wish to phone through your order, please use our online catalogue to choose your fire or fireplace and then phone our sales team on 0870 850 1312.
By Email – Some customers prefer to email their orders to us at sales@direct-fireplaces.com. However, you would need to complete payment by post or by phone – we strongly recommend that you do not send your credit card details by email.

Upon receipt of your order, Direct-Fireplaces.com will send you an order confirmation by email (or post where email is unavailable), together with specific information regarding stock availability and anticipated delivery timescales. However, delivery will normally be within 21 days of receipt of your order – often much quicker where items are in stock.
At direct-Fireplaces.com, we offer free delivery on all our fires and fireplaces, except on certain items to postcodes in the AB, BT, IV, PH, ZE and PA regions. We work in partnership with a national delivery company to ensure that your goods are delivered in pristine condition, as promptly as we possibly can.

To validate the money back guarantee (less delivery/redelivery fees) please retain all packaging, boxes and wrapping.
