Detailed Review : I was a little nervous about buying such a large item on an internet site. Not least because it wouldn't be the easiest thing to change your mind about if you got the design, size, colour etc just not quite right! I was also anxious about delivery. However, I couldn't be more delighted with the fireplace. It is as you see on the website. The delivery went smoothly and the customer service was very good. There was only 1 thing that I think might be worth mentioning. You are advised to open the packaging and check that the fireplace is in good order before you sign the delivery form. It is so well packaged in a large double wooden frame which is firmly nailed together, that unless there is a joiner to hand or you happen to have a saw, hammer etc handy (and you can use them!) that is a near impossibility. Meantime the driver of the van is waiting! I imagine the tendency is to sign 'unseen', but apparently that is not acceptable as leaving liability with the carrier or company. I took the risk of not opening the packaging - due to the above points - and happily all was well.
