We offer two types of delivery service with this item and when we call you to book the delivery in you can let us know which service suits you best.
Two Man Delivery:
With this service the delivery team will unpack the goods and carry them into your property. They will require clear safe access and a reasonable area to place the goods. They may take the goods up one flight of stairs if it’s safe to do so but this is down to their discretion and we can’t guarantee they will do, so please contact us if you live in an upstairs flat and require this service. The two man service normally takes 5 – 10 days to be delivered from dispatch of the goods but you will be called and a delivery date arranged.
Free One Man Delivery:
With the 1 man delivery service the goods will be delivered on the day you select, they will arrive on a 7.5 ton lorry (about the size of a fire engine). The lorry has a tail lift and a pump truck so the driver is able to unload the goods from lorry and wheel them as close as possible to your property. If you have a garage then he can wheel it into there or leave it in a safe place outside (car port/driver way). If you have limited access (live down a narrow lane) then please advise us. It’s also worth noting that the driver can’t wheel the pump truck over gravel, steps or rough surfaces.
Day of Delivery:
When you select a deliver date the goods will be delivered on that day. You won’t be called before the day to confirm delivery and it will be an all day delivery. We do request that the driver calls an hour before delivery and we do require that someone is there to check and sign for the goods.
Upon arrival of your fireplace:
We request the goods are checked before they are signed for and that there is at least one able person there to take delivery. The driver is obliged to wait 10 – 15 minutes for you to check the goods before they are signed for and can’t leave the goods without a signature.
If for some reason the driver won’t wait then please call us on 0845 450 8350 (option 2) and speak to our delivery team. Alternatively you can sign for the goods as damaged on the delivery note which will cover all eventualities. Please do not sign for the goods as “Unchecked”, “Unexamined” or words to that effect.
If when checking the goods over you discover they are damaged then please note that they are damaged on the delivery note and contact us on 0845 450 8350 (option 2). We will then workout the best solution. Sometimes it’s just one part of the fireplace that is damaged and we can send a replacement part other times it’ll be easier to send a complete replacement. If there is a problem then please contact us and we will advise you what to do.
We know a new fireplace is a big investment, whether you're replacing your old one or you're designing your new home. That's why we offer the option to Pay on Finance. If you spend £250 or more online, you can choose to spread the cost of your fire or fireplace over a time to suit you, whether it's 12, 24 or 36 months. Just select the Pay on Finance option when you check out.

Finance Example: £379 purchase price
We've teamed up with V12 Retail Finance Limited ("V12") to offer you a flexible and affordable option to pay on finance. Finance Terms and Conditions
If your application is successful, you’ll be asked to verify your identity by authorising a 50p transaction against a credit or debit card that you own. This helps protect you and us against fraudulent finance contracts. No money will be taken from your card, the details are only used to check that they are valid and registered to your address.
Pay on Finance for interest-bearing credit products is available over 12, 24 or 36 months, subject to status. To be eligible to apply for finance, you must be 18 or older, in regular employment and have been a UK resident for more than 3 years. Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. Stock will not be allocated until the application has been completed and approved. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time. Pay on Finance is provided through our external partner, V12. If your application is successful you will enter into a Credit Agreement with Secure Trust Bank Plc, who is V12’s parent company.
Should you cancel your credit agreement and have already received products from us, then you will be liable to pay us in full for the product (unless your cancellation rights apply).
Who is eligible to apply for finance?
Finance is available on orders of £250 or more, placed on our website. This amount includes any additional services and delivery options selected, however does not take into account any promotions, such as cashback.
You'll need to be:
- 18 years or older.
- A UK resident for 3 years or more/Permanent UK resident.
- Able to make regular repayments by Direct Debit.
- In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in a permanent residence with your spouse/partner who's in regular employment*
- Have a debit card or credit card in your name and registered to your address and have a bank or building society current account.
Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.
* If you are retired and receive a pension, or registered disabled and unable to work, V12 Retail Finance may ask for proof of sufficient income.
How long will it take to apply?
You should get an instant answer on whether your application for finance has been successful. In some cases, V12 – our 3rd party financial services provider - will need to look at the application in more detail before making their decision.
What do I need to apply?
All you need to do is fill out the online form at the payment stage and add an electronic signature. It's important you use your full name and address details and make sure everything is spelt correctly. Please note, this is an online only finance option.

What happens if my application is turned down?
Applications may not be accepted for a number of reasons, including mis-typed information, or not meeting the specified requirements. Please note that other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.
If your application isn't successful, you can still purchase the item in full via PayPal or with a valid credit or debit card. If your application is declined, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:
- you do not meet the eligibility criteria;
- adverse credit reference agency information;
- your credit score;
- you are considered to be overcommitted financially; or
- your existing account performance with other lenders.
