Hi. Can this fire rest at floor level and be pinned to the wall from there? Secondly what length is the chord please? Many thanks.

Hi there Chris, thanks for getting in touch with us. With this being an inst fire, it's more likely to be positioned further up the wall.

2 Man Delivery
As the name suggests with the two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men.
They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice.
This service is provided by a dedicated two man delivery company.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.
