    Details

    The new Celsi Touchflame electric fire features a digital touchscreen control panel built-in to the fascia that is used to control the whole functionality of the product. Adjust the flame speed and set the flame colour to one of 4 modes including a dynamic mode which provides a constantly changing flame picture.

    The ember bed colour can be changed to suit your décor or your mood with 8 different modes including red, blue, green and dynamic effect. It also comes with both crystal and log fuel beds included to further personalise it to your decor. Celsi Touchflame features a heat timer function allowing you to preset how long the heat remains on at one hour intervals up to 8 hours.

    The Celsi Touchflame wall mounted electric fire comes with both acrylic crystals and log effect fuelbeds included so you can chose your own.

    Full instructions on how to install or change the fuelbed are included.

    Hi, what is the weight of this product? And what are the dimensions of the item including its box and packaging?

    Thank you for your question.
    The packaging is 965 x 510 x 205mm (38 x 20 x 8 inches) and the gross weight for the item and package is 15.2Kgs.
    The fire itself is 915 x 440 x 117mm when wall-mounted or 915 x 545 x 222mm when mounted on the stand.

    Can the fire be inset into the wall

    Thank you for your question.
    Some of the heating vents for the Celsi Touchflame are below the fire and some are at the back, fitting the fire into a recess would affect the flow of air over the elements and lead to the fire potentially overheating and switching itself off. We would not recommend fitting this fire in to a recess.

    Hi is it safe to use underneath a wall mounted tv?

    Thank you for your question.
    There is nothing in the user guide to suggest you cannot have a TV fitted above the Celsi Touchflame fire, please make sure you adhere to any distances recommended in the installation guide.
    Please check the TV manual to make sure it's manufacturers will allow you to fit the TV above a fire.

This helps protect you and us against fraudulent finance contracts. No money will be taken from your card, the details are only used to check that they are valid and registered to your address.

    Pay on Finance for interest-bearing credit products is available over 12, 24 or 36 months, subject to status. To be eligible to apply for finance, you must be 18 or older, in regular employment and have been a UK resident for more than 3 years. Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. Stock will not be allocated until the application has been completed and approved. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time. Pay on Finance is provided through our external partner, V12. If your application is successful you will enter into a Credit Agreement with Secure Trust Bank Plc, who is V12’s parent company.

    Should you cancel your credit agreement and have already received products from us, then you will be liable to pay us in full for the product (unless your cancellation rights apply).

    FAQs

    Who is eligible to apply for finance?

    Finance is available on orders of £250 or more, placed on our website. This amount includes any additional services and delivery options selected, however does not take into account any promotions, such as cashback.

    You'll need to be:

    • 18 years or older.
    • A UK resident for 3 years or more/Permanent UK resident.
    • Able to make regular repayments by Direct Debit.
    • In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in a permanent residence with your spouse/partner who's in regular employment*
    • Have a debit card or credit card in your name and registered to your address and have a bank or building society current account.

       

    Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.

    * If you are retired and receive a pension, or registered disabled and unable to work, V12 Retail Finance may ask for proof of sufficient income.

    How long will it take to apply?

    You should get an instant answer on whether your application for finance has been successful. In some cases, V12 – our 3rd party financial services provider - will need to look at the application in more detail before making their decision.

    What do I need to apply?

    All you need to do is fill out the online form at the payment stage and add an electronic signature. It's important you use your full name and address details and make sure everything is spelt correctly. Please note, this is an online only finance option.

    What happens if my application is turned down?

    Applications may not be accepted for a number of reasons, including mis-typed information, or not meeting the specified requirements. Please note that other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.

    If your application isn't successful, you can still purchase the item in full via PayPal or with a valid credit or debit card. If your application is declined, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:

    • you do not meet the eligibility criteria;
    • adverse credit reference agency information;
    • your credit score;
    • you are considered to be overcommitted financially; or
    • your existing account performance with other lenders.
