The fascia doesn’t fit properly if you hook it over how it’s supposed to be there is a gap along the bottom and you can see all the lights underneath it is not like this on the picture? Are we doing something wrong

Hi, how do I know if I need a spacer frame this fire will be replacing a basic fire already there? Thanks

Hi Kirsty, you will need to take measurements of your current fireplace, and then compare them with the Celsi fire and see if it will be a straight forward swap or whether you will need a spacer to make it free standing. A registered fitter can also help advise with this. Thanks.

The internal inside width says 420mm funny question bit is it actually 320 it’s just our internal opening is 420 so worried it may not fit in thanks you

Hi Sarah, the width required for this is between 400 - 460 mm, so your internal opening should be absolutely fine.
