Parcel vs Pallet Delivery Most gas and electric fires are delivered by parcel courier. Larger items arrive via pallet delivery using a large vehicle.
Access & Kerzside Delivery Pallet deliveries are kerbside only and require suitable access. If access is restricted and not advised in advance, re-delivery charges may apply.
Check Goods Promptly Inspect items on delivery and report any visible damage immediately. All goods must be checked again within 48 hours.
Do Not Book Installers Early Please wait until your goods have arrived and been checked before booking any installers, plumbers or fitters.
If the goods are showing a 48hr delivery, then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items. You will be asked to select a delivery date when you're going through the checkout process. The goods will be delivered on this day.
Smaller items such as inset gas fires and electric fires are delivered by a courier. You will be contacted beforehand and a convenient delivery date agreed.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a text message confirming your delivery date and a tracking link that will keep you updated of your parcel's progress.

Hi Mike,
The manufacturer is Hearth Products Ltd who are based in the UK,
They do not list the material for the fascia but this is usually steel,
The listed output on the lowest setting is 2.1kW. It is a living flame gas appliance so the main difference in flame picture at the low setting compared to the highest setting will be the flame height
I am afraid that we do not have a brochure for our gas range but these can all be seen on our Direct Fireplaces website

can you give me the opening size dimesions? usually fire instructions say it will fit opening between XX-XX wide and XX-XX high? Thanks Jerry.
