Direct Fireplaces Delivery Information

We offer an excellent FREE delivery service to all UK mainland addresses. Some websites charge as much as £90 for delivery to remote postcodes so this is a huge saving we pass onto you. On some larger/heavier orders we provide a two-man delivery service. The delivery team will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice and allow you to check the items over before you accept delivery.

What will delivery of your fireplace cost?

In short, nothing. All our prices include VAT and delivery to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. There're no hidden extras, and you won't find an extra £50 added on for delivery at the checkout page.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. The price you see advertised is the price you pay, all our prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery to all UK mainland addresses. If you live in Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or other offshore islands please call to confirm we can deliver to your address and if there's any extra delivery charge.

How do we deliver?
  • Free Standard Delivery
    Our Free Standard delivery takes between 3 and 15 days, depending on the items ordered. See above for estimated delivery dates.
  • Free 48 Hour Delivery
    Available Monday to Friday on selected items ordered before 2:00pm
  • 2 Man Delivery
    For a small additional charge a 2 Man Delivery is available on selected items
  • Weekend Delivery
    We do not offer weekend delivery at this time


Standard Delivery is made using a 10.5 tonne truck. The driver will unload your order and deliver to the property. Please note that the driver is NOT insured to unpack or carry your order into the property.

2 Man Delivery is made using a 10.5 tonne truck. The delivery team will bring your order into the property.

Please Let Us Know If:
You live in an area where access will be difficult for a vehicle of this size.
Our delivery team won't be able to use a pallet truck to move your order (limted access, gravel driveway, etc)

When will we deliver?

All the fires and fireplaces on our site have an estimated delivery time which is stated on the product description page. This will give you an indication of the delivery period. We will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time with yourself to accept delivery. This will allow you to choose the day for delivery and we will also call you 1 hour before delivery so you don't need to wait around all day.

If you need your order in a hurry then we can arrange for a next day delivery service. Please call us to place an order if you need your order next day.

What is required when the goods arrive?

We will call you before delivery to arrange a convenient day and time for you to accept delivery.
At this point we will fully explain the delivery process to you, it is important you follow these instructions.
It is required that the goods are inspected before they are signed for and any damage noted on the Proof of Delivery form as well as reported to our office by calling 0845 450 8351 whilst the driver is still there.

If there is any damage we will instruct you as to what to do, you may be asked to accept the goods and we will send replacement parts or we may ask you to reject the goods and we will send you a replacement. It all depends on the type of goods you’ve ordered and what the damage is. It is a good idea that the person accepting delivery is capable of checking the goods over and potentially been capable of opening the packaging to inspect the goods.
