Our "Free Delivery" is a one-man service. The goods will arrive on a lorry that is about the size of a fire engine. (Please let us know in advance if you have restricted access or other local issues that could affect delivery).
The lorry has a tail lift that allows the driver to get the item(s) off the vehicle. The order will be packed and secured onto a pallet and the driver will have a pallet truck. He'll be able to wheel this as close as possible to your property. The pallet truck can only be wheeled over a finished surface so it's not possible to wheel it over a gravelled drive, steps, steep slopes for example. The pallets are normally about 1m wide so this is the minimum width gate they can fit through. Please note that the driver is not insured to unpack or carry the item(s) into your house.
Fitting Kits and Liner Packs might arrive separately by courier delivery on the same day unless specified/requested in advance. An email confirmation will be sent if this is the case.
If the goods are showing 48hr delivery, then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items (We do not deliver at weekends). You'll be asked to select a delivery date when purchasing the goods. Please note that if you live offshore these dates do not apply as it will take us slightly longer to get the goods to you and we will contact you directly.
Please note that it is an all-day delivery service which is generally from 9 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday. Delivery Depots, if they have the facility, will text in advance but as the vans do multiple runs a day you might not receive a text until the afternoon if this service is available.
Due to current pallet network pressures mainly due to driver shortages we cannot guarantee delivery on your chosen day but will do our best to communicate this as soon as we are made aware by the carriers.

Hi we love the Axon polar white fireplace surround, but the 54 inch is too big do you make this product smaller as need it to be 38 inches at its width and obviously the same for height as well, or if you can not do this do you know of anywhere that make this type somewhere else, thank you

Hi Dawn,
We are happy to quote for bespoke sizes but reducing a 54 inch-wide fireplace down to 38 inches would be a significant difference. It is unlikely to be as straightforward as just reducing all other sizes including height in proportion, given that this is specially designed to be a wider and more detailed fireplace than many others (including pillars, corbels etc.) and we can't guarantee that these features could be retained on a much smaller 38-inch fireplace.
It's also worth remembering that this fireplace would presumably still be to fit a standard 16x22 inset fire which will then look very big in comparison to the new 38-inch surround sizes.

Hi Thomas,
1) The fireplace is estimated at 150kg when fully assembled (so not including pallet weight etc.)
2) we would expect the full fireplace to be in 12 pieces to include mantle, slips, tiered hearth, leg and crosspiece sections, etc.
3) this will be delivered in one crate which will be palletised. I am afraid that we do not have the crate dimensions at this time. Please see the 'delivery information' section on our website for further details
4) there would not be a manufacturer warranty for the mantle/surround. This does not affect your statutory rights

i have wood panneling on my wall where this will be going, am i able to fit this to the wall or will i not be able to with it being solid marble

Hi Ryan,
It is difficult to say for certain without knowing the style and shape of the panelling. There will be brackets behind the legs of the fire surround which are to attach to the wall. If the panelling is slatted or shaped then it is possible that this would not then fit flush to the wall behind.
This may not be as much of a concern if the fire to be installed is electric but may be an issue if it is to be fitted with a gas fire, where creating a proper seal is very important
