    Is this a plug in fire?

    This is plug in yes. Normally like a 3 pronged kettle lead.

    The opening in my fireplace is 38 cm wide by 57 cm high maximum, will this fire fit into the space? depth isn't a problem just the fireplace opening.

    Hi Grace, thanks for getting in touch. In the product sizes of this fire, the inset dims are given as the following:

    Inset Height (C) 540mm
    Inset Depth (D) 50mm
    Inset Width (E) 370mm

    So based on the sizes you have give, it would fit yes. I hope this helps?

    I have a customer who would like me to fit this fire for them. Just checking the recess depth required. The customers recess depth is 3.5". is this deep enough. Thanks.

    Hi John thanks for your question - The back of the Helios is 54cm high, 37cm wide and 8cm deep.

    3.5" = 8.89 cm so I believe this should fit snugly, I hope this helps?
