I have marble back panel and hearth with a wood fire surround.
It was originally a gas fire but at some point changed to a open fire.
Would this back panel and hearth work with a 16inch open fire ?

Thank you for your enquiry.
Micro Marble is not advised for open flame. Limestone or granite is what should be used for an open fire.

Delivery Info
Free 2 Man Delivery
As the name suggests with our two man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat please inform us before hand to avoid any issues during delivery.
The two man delivery normally take 5 - 10 working days to be delivered from dispatch. Once the goods are in stock you will be contacted and delivery arranged.
