Hi June, it's minimal and is only the same width as the hearth of the fire.
The overall width is 1220mm (48”)

Ref the Be Modern Westerdale can you advise the width of the surround as only the mantel width is given

Hi Neil, the mantel dimensions give the overall width, so in this instance: 1220mm / 48 inches . The Opening Width (the gap in the middle) is 794mm I hope this helps and thanks for getting in touch.

I have laminate flooring and an existing hearth depth of 17 ins. Can you tell me the depth of the marble hearth and also whether it can be made deeper.

I think what would be best , with you mentioning about asking for custom sizes, if you call our sales team they will be able to talk you through which products they think would be most appropriate for what you are looking for? Free 2 Man Delivery
As the name suggests with our two man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat please inform us before hand to avoid any issues during delivery.
The two man delivery normally take 5 - 10 working days to be delivered from dispatch. Once the goods are in stock you will be contacted and delivery arranged.
