Hi, how long is the cable on this fire. I have about 2.5mtrs to the nearest socket, so if the cable isn’t long enough is it ok to use an extension lead?

Hi David, the cables are normally between 1m and 1.5m long. In the User Guide it states: "This appliance MUST NOT be located immediately below an electrical socket-outlet. Avoid the use of an extension cord as this may overheat and cause a risk of fire."

Hi Juliette, thanks again for getting in touch. The weight of this product is not provided by the manufacturer , however we can approximate it will be around 25kg.
The dimensions for the "heater only" are H 357 mm x W 625 mm x D 102mm, and this product comes with a wall mounting bracket. If you had to the user guide in the downloads section, you can see this, plus plenty more info on how best to fit this fire. I hope this helps!

Hi there, I see in the image of the fire, it has log effect.... however in the discriptoin it is described as coal embers.....can you confirm which it is, or if it comes with both, kind regards....Andrew.
