Hi,
Thank you for your enquiry.
The controls will be under the ashpan cover. The bit at the bottom of the fire with the handle is removable.

We currently have a Flavel Windsor Classic slimline fire
The output efficiency is poor
Would the EKO 3020 slimline fit as the efficiency seems much better . Also I note the trim and fret options state not required , sorry does this mean that the fire comes as per the pictures and nothing else is required upon fitting ? Thank you

Yes when you have selected the contemporary fascia, it comes as the picture and you do not need anything else.
