Parcel vs Pallet Delivery Most gas and electric fires are delivered by parcel courier. Larger items arrive via pallet delivery using a large vehicle.

If the goods are showing a 48hr delivery, then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items. You will be asked to select a delivery date when you're going through the checkout process. The goods will be delivered on this day.
Smaller items such as inset gas fires and electric fires are delivered by a courier. You will be contacted beforehand and a convenient delivery date agreed.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a text message confirming your delivery date and a tracking link that will keep you updated of your parcel's progress.
This is an all-day ground floor doorstep service. All items must be checked for damage in front of the driver before being signed for. Please contact us immediately in the unlikely event that damage has occurred.

Can the fireplace surround be purchased with the fire and both items come fitted together ready just to plug in?

Hi Jane,
Unfortunately, the fireplace in the main product image is not an item for sale.
There is no reason why you couldn't choose a fireplace from our range to order alongside the Kingsley Deluxe freestanding electric fire. However, due to the weight, size and means of transit for these fireplaces, they generally cannot be delivered pre-assembled.
We do sell some complete electric suites including both the fire and fireplace and these generally require minimal assembly, though this does depend on the model:
