Delivery Info

Free 2 Man Delivery

As the name suggests with the two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice. This service is provided directly from the supplier for this product.

They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.

Hi Jason, thanks for getting in touch. The silliest question is the one you don't ask! So basically, this fire is attached with wall mounting brackets - for more clear and descriptive instructions, head to the bottom of the page to the User Manuals section and here you will find downloads to the Instructions and Installation Guides for this fire which gives much more detail! Can a tv be mounted to this with a tv bracket please?

Hi Vicky, thanks very much for getting in touch. I have had an answer rom the supplier regarding your question, and that is:

"No, the Camino is not designed to hold the TV and bracket directly. However, installers have made a cut out and located the wall bracket to the wall which is then hidden by the TV when mounted."
