What is the recommended/suggested height this should be mounted from the floor please? ie To the top or bottom of the fire.

Hi Mary, thank you for getting in touch with us. I have had a reply from the supplier on this, who has said:
"There is no specified height from the floor to the bottom of the suite but it is usually mounted around 250-300mm from the floor. It really is down to the visual aesthetic aiming to be achieved."

Hi Kathy - the two colour options are shown within the photo gallery on the product page. The all white looking fire is ash white, and the other is cashmere and anthracite. I hope this helps?

Free 2 Man Delivery
As the name suggests with the two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice. This service is provided directly from the supplier for this product.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.
