Hi Angie, thank you for getting in touch with us! Micro Marble is a man made composite. It has a consistent pattern - micro marble guarantees a smooth and high quality finish. It is made from pieces of real marble finely crushed and bonded together with resin to obtain a consistent surface.
We don't fit ourselves, but if you google search for a local fireplace fitter you will be able to find one!

I have seen this model on another site and it says the fire has a panoramic glass front.?

Hi Maureen, thank you for getting in touch. I have asked the supplier about this and they have said:
"There is a screen for the flame effect but the fuel bed is open so open fronted would be a more accurate description."

Free 2 Man Delivery
As the name suggests with the two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice. This service is provided directly from the supplier for this product.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.
Please be aware that this service might have to be amended if national or local Covid restrictions are reimposed.
