Hi Lesley, there isn't a specified distance from the floor given, it is whatever suits your space the best. The only advice to take note of is:
"To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material a minimum distance of 1 meter from the air outlet. "

Free 2 Man Delivery
As the name suggests with the two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice. This service is provided directly from the supplier for this product.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.
Please be aware that this service might have to be amended if national or local Covid restrictions are reimposed.
