If the goods are showing a 48hr delivery, then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items. You will be asked to select a delivery date when you're going through the checkout process. The goods will be delivered on this day.
Smaller items such as inset gas fires and electric fires are delivered by a courier. You will be contacted beforehand and a convenient delivery date agreed.

I am trying to order this fire with the devotion trim in brushed steel. When I get to fret options however there is no brushed steel option? I’m assuming by selecting devotion fascia it does not come as per the picture and have to select the individual components separately but it is difficult to understand which of the options are as per the original image. I’m wanting the fire as per the image but in brushed steel. Help please

Hi there Alanna, thank you for getting in touch.
You can select EITHER a fascia OR a Trim and Fret. If you select a fascia, you will NOT be able to select a Fret.
There are no Brushed Steel frets supplied by this manufacturer.
Your best option would be to choose a fascia in brushed steel as this is possible. I hope this helps to explain things? Our sales number is

I was in the process of ordering this fire but am confused as to which fret would be included with the black nickel devotion trim? I'm Not able to select an option when putting together the order.

Hi Nigel. So I think what you have done here is select the Devotion Fascia and this does not include a fret.
On Fascia and Finish Options you need to select;
Trim and Fret
Then , Devotion Trim below
and then you will get the fret options.

Hi John, thank you for getting in touch and I am very sorry about the delay in replying to you.
We realised there was an issue with this product as you rightly pointed out , the Devotion fascia option on its own wasn't available , and you had to choose an extra fret.
We have created a new product page with the model and style you had asked about, with the brass and four bars.
