Parcel vs Pallet Delivery Most gas and electric fires are delivered by parcel courier. Larger items arrive via pallet delivery using a large vehicle.
Access & Kerzside Delivery Pallet deliveries are kerbside only and require suitable access. If access is restricted and not advised in advance, re-delivery charges may apply.
Check Goods Promptly Inspect items on delivery and report any visible damage immediately. All goods must be checked again within 48 hours.
Do Not Book Installers Early Please wait until your goods have arrived and been checked before booking any installers, plumbers or fitters.
As the name suggests with the two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice. This service is provided directly from the supplier for this product.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.

Does this fire have a hollow back so the fire can be plugged in and it still be flat to the wall.. what side is the plug on..right or left...does if come with a fitting kit...Thankyou

Hi Judy,
There will be a slight void inside the suite (i.e. a gap between the rear of the fire itself and the wall) when installed onto a flat wall. We cannot 100% guarantee that this will be sufficient to install the suite right over an existing plug socket, as this will depend on the position of the plug, but it is theoretically possible. Otherwise, the cable could be channeled through the wall to a nearby socket,
The cable comes out of the bottom right-hand side of the fire when facing the suite,
Wall brackets and screws will be provided as part of the suite package
