HI what size fireplace and hearth size would i need for this fire Flavel misermatic outset fire?

British Standard Specification (BS1251) states:
"Where a fireplace consists of a marble, stone or ceramic back panel and hearth together with a wooden mantelpiece. There shall be a clearance to combustible material of 300 mm above the fire opening and 150 mm either side of the fire opening to the start of the wooden mantel."
standard hearths comply with gas regulations if made from a non combustible material being 50mm high 380mm deep and the surround would need to have an opening larger than the fires width and height.
