should this fire have coals included

Hi Valerie, thank you for getting in touch with us. This fire has a coal fuel bed effect, it does not come with coals included. I hope this helps?

My mum has this HE Flavel model with the controls at the bottom. Can it be converted to the top controls? Her mobility is the issue.

If the goods are showing a 48hr delivery, then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items. You will be asked to select a delivery date when you're going through the checkout process. The goods will be delivered on this day.
