Hi Carol, thank you for your enquiry the glass front of this product is angle back at the top and the vents are housed above this glass and the heat is convected down.

We advise it is 300mm of the floor.
The plug should not be hidden. It should be easily accessible at all times for safety reasons.

Delivery Info
2 Man Delivery
As the name suggests with the two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men.
They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice.
This service is provided by a dedicated two man delivery company.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK ANY CONTRACTORS, PLUMBER’S, OR FITTERS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR GOODS AS UNEXPECTED DELAYS CAN OCCUR.
