How do you operate the convector heater 1 & 2kW nothing shows up on the remote control

Hi,
Thank you for your enquiry.
I have been on the manufacturer and they have said the remote doesn't control the heat settings. You have to use the manual buttons on the suit to do that.

2 Man Delivery
As the name suggests with the two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men.
They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice.
This service is provided by a dedicated two man delivery company.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK ANY CONTRACTORS, PLUMBER’S, OR FITTERS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR GOODS AS UNEXPECTED DELAYS CAN OCCUR.
