Tardibigge locks

Stretching over 3km, Tardebigge Locks holds the title of the longest flight of canal locks in the UK. Its 30 locks descend boats 200 feet along the storied Worcester & Birmingham Canal, where the Inland Waterways Association originated. Meandering the grassy canal banks grants unparalleled panoramic views of Worcestershire's countryside and the Malvern Hills. Popular with walkers and families enjoying a picnic, watch for ducks, coots, swallows, and other local wildlife. Parking is free at St. Bartholomew's Church.
