Hi, we are getting confused with overall height and inset height. We have measured our old fire that is still in situ but some of the overall height and widths of the fires we like are 10-20 mm bigger. Any advice would be appreciated.

The overall height includes the frame.
The inset is the body of the fire.
It doesn't matter if the overall dimensions are different, as long as the inset dimensions will fit into your opening.
