As the name suggests with our two man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat please inform us before hand to avoid any issues during delivery.
The two man delivery normally take 5 - 10 working days to be delivered from dispatch. Once the goods are in stock you will be contacted and delivery arranged.
All we can advise is that as this is a fan heater so you will hear at least some noise when the heater is in operation, usually a low background thrum.
