Q & A

Hi there. Is this suitable for LPG?
Many thanks
Question by: Nikki Johnson on 10 Feb 2021, 13:26
Hi Nikki, thanks for getting in touch. This model is suitable for Natural Gas only. I hope this helps.

Hello, regarding the Be modern deep line radiant fire, does the picture of this on your website show the canopy? It looks to me as if it doesn’t. Also, my chimney is brick, as I am replacing a back boiler, so I assume I would need the deep line model, and not the slimline?
Question by: Richard Collins on 27 Nov 2020, 13:02
Hi Richard, there is no canopy on this one and we think you would be better with the deepline yes. Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Be Modern Vortex Inset Radiant Deepline Gas Fire Design Trim Smartslide Control, asking if canopy required what does this mean?
Question by: Angela Stewart on 29 Oct 2020, 20:26
Hi Angela, thanks for your question. The canopy can be useful for two reasons - aesthetically some would say it improves the product, while also it helps to convect the heat around the room. I hope this helps.

what's the difference between manual and slide control?
Question by: Ian Baines on 20 Oct 2020, 18:09
You can use Smartslide Control to turn the fire on and off and regulate its flame level - it provides convenience of operation. Thanks Ian and I hope that helps!
