What is the overall weight of this fireplace and would you recommend it be placed on top of carpet or the carpet be cut around it? Could you also advise whether the plug is on the left or the right hand side when looking at it from the front? Thanks

Hi,
Thank you for your enquiry.
We would advise the carpet is cut back so it has a hard surface. The Surround will be fixed to the wall for a bit of extra security.
Looking from the front of the fire, the lead comes out of the rear on the right hand side.

2 Man Delivery
As the name suggests with the two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men.
They will carry your fireplace into the room of your choice.
This service is provided by a dedicated two man delivery company.
They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.
