This can be either wall mounted or inset. It will come with all the fixing kits needed.
The lead is approx 1.5m long.

Hi, I looking for a replacement for an existing recessed fire, though there is not 300mm clearance at the bottom. I wanted to confirm if the 300mm clearance is required for a recess fitting?

Hi Glenda, thanks for getting in touch. In the specification section of this model under "Heat Output" it says "Effect Only - 1Kw - 2Kw" which means this fire is to be used for its flame effect rather than as a heat source. I hope this helps!

As this fire has heat vents at the side and not the top, this should be ok. Ensure the fire is not below a fixed socket and also double check your TV warranty allows the TV to be placed above a fire. I hope this helps.
