Parcel vs Pallet Delivery Most gas and electric fires are delivered by parcel courier. Larger items arrive via pallet delivery using a large vehicle.
Access & Kerzside Delivery Pallet deliveries are kerbside only and require suitable access. If access is restricted and not advised in advance, re-delivery charges may apply.
Check Goods Promptly Inspect items on delivery and report any visible damage immediately. All goods must be checked again within 48 hours.

If your home has a traditional brick chimney (usually with a chimney breast and visible stack), you’ve got plenty of options. Most gas fires can be fitted directly into the existing fireplace with minimal fuss.
Installations will require a flue liner and fitting kit which can be purchased on the product page.
Slim Line Gas Fires (For Pre Cast & Pre Fab Flues)
Homes built from the 1960s onwards may have a pre-cast (concrete flue blocks) or pre-fabricated (metal flue system) chimney. These can be more restricted in depth, so a slimmer fire may be needed.
Not sure if you’ve got one? Look for a raised ridge or metal flue terminal on your roof instead of a traditional chimney pot. Inside, your fireplace might have a metal flue box instead of a deep cavity.
No Chimney
